It is my pleasure to write this letter to tell you that Siler Financial Group is a breath of fresh air. As we finalized our financial plan today with Dee Dee Albertson, she mentioned that you would like to hear from a satisfied customer. We definitely are amazed and grateful for our experience with Siler Financial Group. From our first phone call, to establishment of our financial plan, every one of your associates was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The downturn in the economy had created an extreme loss for our business and all the avenues for financial relief that we had explored seemed hopeless. We had desperately scraped to pay our bills, but were rapidly being swallowed by credit card debt. We were and still are fiercely protective of our credit rating and feel that making payments on time is a responsibility that we respect.

We were cautious and skeptical when we first discussed your company and the possible assistance offered to our situation. Shalandra Moultrie, our initial, discussed our concerns and introduced us to Jennifer House. Jennifer was delightful to talk to and understood our fears. She explained the financial strategy of credit card negotiations and reductions in percentage rates that would allow reduction in debit instead of being caught in the downward spiral of credit card charges. As we became more serious, Jennifer introduced us to Jessica Freeman who is a financial genius. She explained the program in greater detail and found a way to start our program. She was always informative and great to talk to. Whenever we had a question, she was immediately either explaining the answer in plain English or finding the answer for us quickly. We were still a bit nervous due to our previous experiences with other companies, but Jessica smoothly introduced us to Dwight Thomas who answered our final concerns and initiated the process. He was a pleasure to work with also. Within days, we received a call from Dee Dee Albertson and the exciting action started. Dee Dee is amazing! She is a special blend of personal concern and understanding and ferocious energy that for once is on our side! She took the information we faxed to her and created a plan that we can now manage. She negotiated with each credit card company representative with masterful diplomacy and hard-hitting accuracy. She was completely informed before she moved on any negotiations and was patient in explaining to us what we needed to do. She was so successful after our first day of negotiation that for the first time in months, we actually slept peacefully all night. In two days Dee Dee has established a financial plan through her negotiations that has alleviated the stress that has plagued us for months.

Dear Amy,

I am motivated to write this letter of recommendation out of appreciation for your contractor/employee, Wendy Foster. As an extremely satisfied customer, I have already begun to refer to friends and family that are in similar financial crisis.

My debt to income ratio was dire at best. I have recently experienced a severe drop in income and have run through my savings and two of my retirement accounts trying to stay current with paying my bills. I have been a target of many companies courting me to assist me in lowering my debt through consolidation or bankruptcy. I did not feel comfortable with either of those solutions. I have worked long and hard to develop my credit profile and did not want to ever have a slow, settlement or no pay customer history added to my credit profile.

Wendy effectively assisted me in negotiating my high balance, high interest cards, including a credit line, to a lower or zero interest rate. She took the time to explain things to me in detail and communicated exactly what the goal was in each negotiation.

As you know, credit is private and very personal. It was difficult to have anyone shine the light of reality on to my circumstances, but she did it with compassion and a confidence that assured me this was the way to go. She articulated what to expect from the bank representative in each situation and was very effective in accomplishing the goal. The education I received through this process is priceless. Although I have miles to go to shift my finances, I am very encouraged.

I have felt better every day since the re-negotiation of my credit accounts. I am doing exactly what she suggested and can already see a difference in my outstanding balances because of the elimination of the high interest rates. I would tell anyone, run, don’t walk to Wendy Foster.
